Dathalineth Mam
Dr. Dathalineth Mam holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Cambodia
(2025), along with an MBA and a Bachelor's in International Hotel & Tourism from Johnson & Wales
University, USA. She also earned a degree in Physician Assistance from the University of Health and
Science in Cambodia (1998), reflecting her diverse academic background in business, healthcare, and
service industries.
With over a decade of teaching experience at the University of Cambodia, Dr. Mam specializes in
business management, leadership, and organizational behavior. As CEO of Campure Co., Ltd., a leading
distributor of Korean home appliances in Cambodia, she has driven business growth through strategic
leadership and international partnerships.
Dr. Mam has also held advisory roles with the Cambodian Constitutional Council and latter at the
Ministry of Information, contributing to public and international relations. She also serves as Vice
President of the Cambodia Women Entrepreneur Association (CWEA), supporting over 1,000 women
entrepreneurs through development programs and global partnerships.
In 2025, she will publish her first book, Decision: The Freedom of Choice, exploring the impact of
decision-making on success. Her work bridges business, public service, and international collaboration.
