LecturerMr. Pheng Puthy began worked in Banking sector in 2012. He has served as fulltime across services. As seasoned banking leader with over a decade of experience in driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets across multiple branches. Demonstrates expertise in strategic leadership, innovative marketing, and robust financial management. Known for fostering strong customer and partner relationships, ensuring high-quality service, and optimizing risk and credit assessments. Committed to enhancing organizational growth and profitability through effective branch management and team leadership. Moreover, he is currently a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of R&P Capital company and a Legal Advisor at T&C Law Firm.
Academically, Mr. Pheng Puthy holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administrative in majoring of Economics, at the University of Cambodia (UC), a Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative in majoring of Economics, at the University of Cambodia (UC), and a Bachelor Degree in Social Science majoring in Law at Panha Cheat University (PCU). He had got a training experience in Business Development and Growth, Leadership Management, Risk Analysis Management, from KB Kookming Card Bank at South Korea. His multidisciplinary academic background reflects a strong commitment to develop skills studies, as well as international business practices.
Mr. Pheng Puthy, is part time lecturer at some universities, he has taught various subjects in economics, business Performance Management, Strategic Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Operational Excellence, Credit and Risk Assessment, Financial Planning and Budget Management.
Through a strong experience practicing in work, and teaching his commitment to academic excellence and professional development. His qualifications, professional experience, and diverse skill set empower him to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of skill education in Cambodia.
