LecturerMs. Im Phallyka is an enthusiastic and diligent lecturer at the School of Business, the University of Cambodia (UC). As a rising educator in higher education, she brings a fresh perspective, a strong sense of purpose, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful impact in the classroom.
As part of her academic background, Ms. Phallyka holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration in Management from Tony Fernandes School of Business (UC), as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in English Literature (UC) and Enterprise Management (RULE).
Aside from being a lecturer at the UC, she is also working at one of the ministries in Cambodia with nearly 10 years of experience. With experiences and achievements derived from her job and a noticeable academic performance in both undergraduate and graduate degrees, she is recognized for her engaging, student-centered approach and is passionate about making business education meaningful, interactive, and relevant to real-world challenges. Currently, Ms. Phallyka teaches various courses on the fundamentals of business and leadership topics with an emphasis on management concepts, organizational dynamics, and the development of effective leadership skills.
As an educator who is dedicated to lifelong learning, Ms. Phallyka views education as a shared path of empowerment, transformation, and curiosity for both herself and her students.
