Ream Rotha
Lecturer
Mr Ream Rotha holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration in major of Management from The University of Cambodia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Management. Additionally, he has enhanced his expertise through specialized training, including the Train the Trainer (TOT) and Master TOT programs from the Textile and Fashion Industry Training Centre (Taf.Tc) in Singapore.
With over 15 years of experience in the garment, footwear, and travel goods (GFT) sectors, Mr. Rotha has held key middle management roles, where he successfully led teams, streamlined operational processes, and improved productivity, moreover Rotha is a full-time trainer at Cambodian Garment Training Institute more than 5 years to contribute the workforce development through a range of technical and soft skills training programs under TAFTAC members.
Currently, Mr. Rotha also serves as a part-time lecturer at The Tony Fernandes School of Business, The University of Cambodia.
With a strong foundation in a multidisciplinary academic background, Mr. Rotha demonstrates well-rounded expertise in management, leadership, and practical business practices. His advanced qualifications, extensive professional experience in the GFT sector, and commitment to lifelong learning empower him to contribute meaningfully to the development of Cambodia’s education and workforce training systems.
