TOUN Yat
LecturerMr. TOUN Yat, is a compassionate, inspiring, and enthusiastic lecturer with more than twenty years of experience in education. He began his career in lecturing of English, Accounting and Human Resource Management since 2003 in different Universities and joined UC in 2010 as a part-time lecturer handle with HRM, Leadership, Management, Business Ethics, Psychology, Moral philosophy, Critical Thinking and other subjects totally around 24 courses.
The main purpose of his lecture not just to equip students with knowledge and skills but also inspire student about morality, physical health, mental health and happy life. Mr. TOUN Yat treats Management teams, Faculty, staffs and students with loving kindness, compassion and sincere respect.
Beside teaching career, Mr. TOUN Yat fulfil the roles as Director of the Youth Activist Group of the Party Committee in the Institutions around the Central Committee, Member of the Party Committee in the Institutions around the Central Committee, Member of the CPP Central Youth, Vice Chairman of the Department of Propaganda and Education of the CPP Central Youth, Director of Europe-America Department of the Commission for External Relations of the Cambodian People’s Party Central Committee (CPP-CC), Advisor to the Ministry of Cult and Religions, and Direct Supreme Advisor to the Supreme Sangha Council of Manikaya Order of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Academically, Mr. TOUN Yat holds PHD Candidate in Public Administration, Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Cambodia (UC), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and Buddhist Philosophy from the Preah Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University (PSBU).
His multidisciplinary academic background and rich experiences reflects about competence, commitment and responsibility to his role and fit with his career as part-time lecturer in School of Business, University of Cambodia that he is recognized as one of the outstanding lecturer.
